Trevor Tillman's rating of the film Captain America: Civil War

Damn good television, but there's not a cinematic bone in its body. It would do wonders for Marvel Studios if they could attract a distinct visualist, i.e. a Raimi or a Burton, and let them make it their own. I enjoyed the company of the characters and laughed at much of the dialogue, but all of the enjoyment was undermined by a muted palette and what Hitchcock would call "photographs of people talking."
