Our take

A spectacular acting showcase for its loud, cacophonous central quartet, two couples go to war in this aggressively kinetic comedy. Sit back and let Kate Winslet, Christoph Waltz, John C. Reilly and Jodie Foster go for the jugular in an athletic, Olympic-level game of professional scenery-chewing.
