  • José Neves's rating of the film Cartas na Mesa

35mm. Very dated in all aspects, from the style of representation to its formal processes but, nevertheless, it's a film that currently challenges us, activating a memory of Portugal's recent history and the ways of its cinema. It's a stimulating object of its own actuality/contextuality, announcing the revolution to come and that simultaneously film Lisbon much more and better than "O Cerco" by Cunha Telles.
