  • dionysus67's rating of the film Chimney No. 4

Unjustly underated drama with a strong cast. Schneider, Piccoli and Blech are all excellent. Chapot relies on a tight script and succeeds in conveying the dilemma, the regret, the impulsive act (from both sides) and the near tragic conflict of two 'equal' rights. This inter-personal drama is coupled effectively to wider social commentary and, overall, makes for a solid narrative in what is a finely delivered film.
