Juan'ın hayata bakışının şekillenmesi ve ilk aşkı, Maria. Ernesto mu Juan mı ? Kimlik çatışması. Kaybedilen amca: "Ne yaparsan yap ama kendine ihanet etme !" Juan : "Onun yaşarken değeri vardı, yaşamalıydı" Hangi dava insan hayatından daha değerli olabilir ? Ben Juan, gerçek hayata merhaba ...

  3. esen özen's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

  4. Esra Yılmaz's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

3 and a half beautifull story-telling,beautifull camera using, undeniable charm of small details main story is typical south american political cinema but director has made it turn into a special story of a young boy

  5. İbrahim Akbaş's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

Avilanın hikayesi, aslında Türkiye ile aynı toplumsal bunalımlarla dolu geçmişi paylaşmış bir ülkenin hikayesi.

  6. Korhan Kalabalık's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

  7. Güven Şahinkanat's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

rotoscoped sections in the movie was nice. Actually scenes were not full frame rotoscope , low frame rate with illustrations . there were hidden illustrations inside them.when boy caught in final scene there have been shown che's portrait illustration . This che portrait photo took in bolivia when he was killed after operation. Director wanted to associate same ernesto stories with this illustration.

  8. Max Seqgar's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

Shish, latinoamérica la conquistada, sus complejos históricos, y su gente que ha tenido que pagar los platos rotos por ello.

  9. T Mills's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

Fantastic and original look at revolutionaries. The coming of age story is difficult to do in a new way and I felt like this film mostly succeeded in doing so. It was also good at not romanticizing the revolutionaries. In the end, though they are definitely the protagonists, I felt generally disturbed by all of it and the uncle's perspective of enjoying the moment was all that made sense.

  10. momosan's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

I suspect this film would have been mediocre if it had been in english. Still, not bad. Good subject matter.

  11. Bernardo Anderson's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

This is a very well made film with an interesting story told from a kid's point of view.

  12. The Boreal Chorus's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

Most of this film is thoughtful, patient, well-acted, -cast and -scripted; other parts are clumsy—namely, too short an interrogation scene which adds nothing to the story or, for that matter, the history of the era, not forgetting a poorly-handled ending with a pointlessly dissonant guitar blasting away the depth of introspection it had otherwise achieved. The animation was overkill.

  13. Товарищ Петя.'s rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

Wistful yet very beautiful. Compelling and interesting. Animations to die for by uncredited Andy Riva. A political film, or just a coming of age thing. Both, of course. With a splish splash of love story. Few might realize Che presence, even fewer Perón. Evidently not a hardcore political pic on paramilitary and history of Argentina, but rather what becomes of children of those, who gives their life for the cause.

  14. Matt Richards's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

Wonderfully warm it's shot almost entirely in close-up with a few sections of hand-drawn animation. The film deals with a young boy's search for identity within a family of Guerilla/activists fighting against the military in Argentina's Dirty War during the 1970's. The performances are all exceptional and there are some beautiful moments between boy and uncle and boy and his first love. recommended. 4 stars

  15. Facundo Sutherland's rating of the film Clandestine Childhood

The film of Benjamin Avila represents a big part of kids in the dark years of the terrible Argentina's Dictatorship. Like argentine that i am, I'm very proud of the masterful piece of Avila. The story of Juan, son of members of Montoneros, represents the life of a Generation: the conflicts of the family, the politic ideas in he kid's life and the first love.
