30 hand picked films. A new one every day
6.6/10, my review: http://wp.me/p1eXom-36g
tang wei's naturalism ALMOST saved this film from the rest of the cast, ESP. when Jacky Cheung is twice her age.
This film grows on you with repeated viewings. It's not as weighty as Claustrophobia -- it's a harmless piece of whimsy -- but whimsy is sometimes what the doctor orders.
Аvoid "Crossing Hennessy" and rather stay in Sha Tin, where the previous and great Ivy Ho film, "Claustrophobia", takes place.
