  1. In Prague's rating of the film Dance of the Hands

The woman Tempestaire. Able to summon gardens ravaged by storms or blooming in serene delicacy, thick underwater swarms or pondside wind-shaken lithe growth, the slow unfurling of a dovecote by the mere pliability of her expressive hands. Joan Jonas' recent works where she melds w/ the aquatic realm & transcends species by hugging / stretching over screen projections could sweep a great deal of inspiration from here.
