Pretty solid thriller with servicable acting and kinda solid direction. Sure, the script does not give us anything new but the tropes that are used are used well. Thanks to a lean script and short running time it never becomes boring and entertains throughout.
There were definitely some predictable moments and the two leading men were pleasant to look at for an hour and 20 minutes, but aside from the superficial aspects, there really is an Aesop's Fable-type lesson to be learned from this film that pushed it from three to four stars for me. The whole idea of prank calling was sort of left in the dust and this brings it back in a whole new, modern way that is affective.
