Guimarães is on to something here, but I'm not convinced he knows what it is. There are some great moments, most notably the long static shots with accompanying music by O'Grivo.

Watching this would have a feel that you become real drifter, wandering in the street, no where to go. Many amazing visualization mixed up with the rhythm of music that can mesmerize you.
The line between person (inc. insect) and place blends masterfully in this film.
Truth arrived at in an oblique peripatetic fashion is just so damn sweet.
