Only managed to catch a screening of three reels, but it was one of the most raw, beautiful and depressing works of art I have ever seen; some real panache and style too. Therapy, mourning, confession through the format of film, of a troubled and lonely soul. I imagine seeing the whole film could be one of the most overwhelming and depressing experiences you could have! The ultimate diary film ever made.

If in relation to Karlin i used the term "cosmogony of thought", in relation to this director, the most amazing revelation that i had this year, i could use the term "cosmogony of look", but the inversion of the terms in both filmmakers would also be correct.
