  3. Minnie Mouse's rating of the film Gifted

Ok, I was expecting an awful, sentimental crap of a movie. But I kinda liked it! It felt authentic and Chris is definitely growing as an actor. These roles fit him better than the Cap :P

  7. vordven's rating of the film Gifted

  8. Chihao Tsang's rating of the film Gifted

Really enjoyed this. Kid was awesome in it, even Evans was good in it. 4.5 stars

  9. Erica Narduzzi's rating of the film Gifted

  10. LifeofFiction's rating of the film Gifted

It's sentimental to be sure, but the craft of making the film work lies in the acting.

  11. eek's rating of the film Gifted

  12. smndvdcl's rating of the film Gifted

Webb back on form. A super little melodrama that explores of politics of family with nuance and humanity. At times mawkish, but never inauthentic. 3.5

  13. Steve Pulaski's rating of the film Gifted

Marc Webb feels back in his element with Gifted after two outings trying to keep up with the ubiquitous Marvel webslinger, and as a result, the film is given a lot more life and nuance. The predictable issues are still present: the film can be overly sentimental and the legal battle is typically theatrical and comparatively uneven to the character drama, but the strong performances work mostly to mask such issues.
