  2. Rocco's rating of the film House

A hoot from start to finish. Bill Katt is a surprisingly enjoyable screen presence and the monster designs are delightful, especially the witch! Not the best horror comedy of all time, but the cornball humor blended with a Vietnam PTSD storyline makes it bizarre, compelling, and highly unique.

De superbes effets spéciaux, un humour largement présent font de cette oeuvre, un sympathique moment de "détente" ..... www.cinefiches.com

  4. Andre Flickatina's rating of the film House

  5. Mathias Palmberg's rating of the film House

I loved this movie as a young kid and it was fun revisiting this cooky and strange horror comedy. The acting is pretty good and Katt makes for a quite likeable protagonist. The effects are pretty hokey but still fun. The script is OK but the changes from horror to comedy to drama are not that competently handled. Uneven but with the right expectations you could have fun with this 80´s flick.

  7. CarlosEsquives's rating of the film House

Terror y comedia, gran dupla en esta película que si bien usa elementos de otro filme, las toma prestados de un gran referente del género: "Evil dead", de Sam Raimi

  8. Clarissa's rating of the film House

  9. Annalee's rating of the film House

The cast member is Kay Lenz, not Lay Lenz. Oh, and yeah... this film is quite horrible.

  10. film_lies101's rating of the film House

I really don't believe the main character was ever in Vietnam, not effective enough to be a comedy or a horror film.
