This isn't going to be in the Criterion Collection or on Sight & Sound's Top 100, but it is an achievement of some kind. I had fun watching it and I can tell that everyone involved had fun making it. There's a goofy Kissinger spoof character and very fake gore. If you hate this kind of silly sleaze, don't watch it, but if you like trashy fun you won't be disappointed. The DVD comes with an optional commentary track.
Dyanne Thorne still look like the ulimate S&M queen in this kind-of sequel (maybe it is a prequel), but it is the particularly sleazy "Arabic" sheik played by Jerry Delony that steal the show. Over-the-top dialogue help and it was good that the film skipped the brutal torture and gore sequences as this is a much sexier and fun movie than it's original, even if some probably will miss the sadism.
