  1. Renton47's rating of the film Innocence of Memories

Gee might be one of our most interesting adapters of impossible source material, and it's hard not see this as an extension of his terrific 'Patience'. Both evoke the ways in which we might orbit our destruction, and it's impossible to say whether the remedies (museum here) are therapy or trauma. Like Sebald, this always wanders, searching for meaning in the landscape of our collective trauma, here Istanbul.

  2. Samuel Andrade's rating of the film Innocence of Memories

  3. Kamran's rating of the film Innocence of Memories

My favourite film of last year, which I was unable to log in. 98/100 - Seeing Innocence of Memories provided one of the few times that I’ve left a theater in awe, as if life’s essence had shifted in those past 90 minutes of pure cinema.

  4. Onur Engin's rating of the film Innocence of Memories

Mysteriously beautiful documentary about his book, himself and Istanbul.. Strongly recommended.
