    Despite wielding a meat cleaver as usual - cross cutting between supermarket shopping and African famine the most egregious moment - and doing his best to play-up crabby cantankerousness, Anderson remains the likeable teddy bear of left-wing agit-prop, revealing a frustrated humanity beneath the exterior in this contrived riff on the documentary form.
