Nothing happens for 90% for the film and the intriguing scenes at the end are so dark, that you have no idea what's going on. Canadians do not make great filmmakers plain and simple and this film is proof of that notion.
It's a mess and the Irish Quebecer mumblecore is almost impossible to understand, but it does have endless shots of Bujold's face and the Gaspé Peninsula, so I was sold.
