    The problem with the "academy" that wants to make movies is that they subjected films to theses, rather than the reverse, as major film essayists taught us: Godard, Marker, Farocki, Brakhage or Snow, for example. The randomness, and ultimately banality, of the film structure, instead of the intended, limit the reach of the theses expelled in off. However, the first chapter, in dialogue with Marker, is interesting.
