Ratings & Reviews

  1. Matthew Martens's rating of the film Jack Strong

Day-Lewis-alike Dorocinski is a winningly anxious and remote Kuklinski, the righteousness of whose CIA-assisting subterfuge is at constant risk of its own subterfuge, both internal (to what am I consigning my family?) and external (allegiance to the forces that defeated the Nazis and reconstituted Poland doesn't die easily). Otherwise, JS is about as straightforward a cloak-and-microfilm cold war tale as you'll find.
