I'm rating this from memory based on how I felt when I saw it 45 years ago. I was 11&1/2 then, so take that into consideration but I found it quite touching at that tender age. I was so moved by it that I remember not wanting to stay for the second film ("Double Features" were still quite common at that time).
Una película sencilla y humilde acerca de lo dulce y amargo del primer amor. Me gustó por su honestidad, aunque a ratos bordee, peligrosa e inevitablemente, la cursilería. Robby Benson, Glynnis O'Connor y Leonardo Cimino (el profesor de cello) realizan actuaciones ajustadas y realistas, sin dejar de resultar conmovedoras.
