I liked this film. It's harmless. Three stars pretty much means that I made it through without getting antsy. Great premise, the characters are solid and well acted. There are some pretty funny moments but it really would have been better if I had watched it with other people. It's that kind of experience....

  3. Nick Potter's rating of the film Hospitalité

Very charming and quirky little family drama with a delightful twinge of black comedy. I was absolutely fine with how quaint it was, and then the ending got pretty wacky and I was equally fine with that as well.

  4. Mark Tallo's rating of the film Hospitalité

    Very good. Understated and funny.

  5. David R Williams's rating of the film Hospitalité

What an utterly bizarre little film.

  6. Adam S. Hacker's rating of the film Hospitalité

I'm not sure how well this translates to an audience not familiar with life in Japan, but I certainly enjoyed the glimpse into the life of a small–town family business. My issues relate to how much of the story is unresolved in the end, and whatever victory there is happens purely by luck.

  7. Frank's rating of the film Hospitalité

Funny and at times hilarious satire about foreigner-xenophobia. Goes a bit over the top in the end though.
