On July 22, 1987, three helicopters of the Ecuadorian army went into the Amazon to rescue the bodies of the missionaries Monsignor Alejandro Labaka and Inés Arango, killed by the Tagaeri, an uncontacted indigenous group. The documentary analyzes the social and economic tensions that led to this.
