Ratings & Reviews

  1. Diderot's rating of the film Letty Lynton

One of Crawford's best roles, particularly the relationship with her mother and the role it plays in the film's central murder plot. It's ridiculous that this movie remains unavailable due to old copyright disputes. (Find the bootlegged copy on the internet.)

  2. Daniel A. DiCenso's rating of the film Letty Lynton

Its status as a hidden film has given "Letty Lynton" a reputation greater than it merits. Seeing it, I was disappointed in how sub-par it was in the list of credits of Robert Montgomery and Joan Crawford. It has some interesting bits, but little else to justify its legend.
