  • José Neves's rating of the film Alone

Seen many years ago on an emission of channel Arte, an unusual documentary with a cumulative structure: a slow approximation, by steps, to the "protagonist", in which reviews part of Russian History from an individual (hi)story, both exemplary and anonymous. In this sense, fulfills the premises of a melodrama that only at the end gives her a face, a model and a mask - tragically, Gogol runs through here.
