Despite portraying a very real threat and lifestyle for many willing to risk their skins for the hope of a better chance, the film takes turns towards a fantastic dimmension undermining the realistic value of the whole. an awful depiction of colombian drug trafficker. One thing about this film that really grab me is, unlike Blow, or Scarface, which is trying to say that being a drug dealer is cool, but this film shows different angle, by taking the naive young women who smuggled the drug by swallowed it into her stomach. This is a nightmare, a great back to back companion watching with Requiem for a Dream !
