What are people saying?

  • Karl J. Kipling's rating of the film Moscow, My Love

The filmmakers distastefully drop a whopper of a melodramatic contrivance into what coulda, shoulda been a straightforward, low-key drama about a woman torn between two men & two cultures as she struggles to make it as a dancer in the Bolshoi ballet, as though they were stricken halfway through the scriptwriting with a failure of nerve - which kinda kills the picture. Only this graceful actress saves it from fiasco.
