Ratings & Reviews

  1. Evan Schafer's rating of the film Mother's Day

For a film that is steeped wholly in the psychological thriller genre and totally separate from the original made 30 years prior, I have to say that I was genuinely impressed and caught on the edge of my seat to see what happens in the end. Each of the "stories" within the film are done well, eventually seeping back together. The killing of the two sons is especially satisfying, although the ending may disappoint.

  2. agusorudet's rating of the film Mother's Day

Sebuah thriller psikologis dengan nuansa horror yang sangat apik. Good! (3.5/5)

  3. Junda Mane's rating of the film Mother's Day

Another solid horror remake that was largely forgotten upon it's original release. Rebecca De Mornay is perfectly cast and is outright menacing.

  4. Alcock Hitchfred's rating of the film Mother's Day

  5. myhumaninteractions's rating of the film Mother's Day

So goofy and logically flawed. If you like yelling at stupid characters, you will probably have an okay time.

  6. MR. Universe's rating of the film Mother's Day

I have to say this film was a rlevation. It is a reimagining as it is a bit different from the original film. Ii actually uses the story of a real home invasion mixedwith elements of the original story. Which makes it even more disturbing and bleak. Rebecca DeMornay gives a performance that is truly a comeback for her. It is a grusome film but more of a thriller then a horror film.

  7. MATTEO BITTANTI's rating of the film Mother's Day

Americans just can't produce a decent horror film anymore. Compare this useless remake with the French "À l'intérieur" (2007). It is like comparing McDonald's to French cuisine. American horror is dead. And that's what is truly terrifying.

  8. Louís Wisoczynski's rating of the film Mother's Day

  9. Scout Tafoya's rating of the film Mother's Day

This is actually much more a remake of The House on the Edge of the Park. Adjust expectations accordingly, prepare for misery.
