Ratings & Reviews

  1. Crystal's rating of the film Mr. Jealousy

I loved the male characters and the dynamics of their friendships, but all the female characters fell flat. Every old Baumbach movie with Eric Stoltz, Chris Eigeman, and Carlos Jacott is worth seeing. I just love the three of them together.

  2. FailedImitator's rating of the film Mr. Jealousy

I guess it's hard to make a talky romantic comedy set in New York which features therapists and old movies without it feeling a little bit Woody-Allen-esque.

  3. Tigrão's rating of the film Mr. Jealousy

There's a very Woody Allen feel to it. It makes it enjoyable but not terribly original. Probably his most accessible comedy.

  4. Tyler McGaughey's rating of the film Mr. Jealousy

A woefully underseen film. Certainly not without its faults - it's probably too precocious by half and certain scenes never seem to find their footing - but it is a very funny and ultimately sweet entry in the canon of talky Manhattan romantic comedies. It makes even more sense to me now that I've begun to delve into Whit Stillman's movies.

  5. Andre Rehal's rating of the film Mr. Jealousy

Had an interesting style to it but it was just ok.

  6. Christopher's rating of the film Mr. Jealousy

The female characters were undoubtedly weak aspects but overall it was O.K.

  7. Michel's rating of the film Mr. Jealousy

A bit of a wankerthon but pleasnt enough...
