Our take

Von Trier shocked the world once more with his monumental two-part study of sexual obsession. With a stellar ensemble cast including regular collaborator Charlotte Gainsbourg, Uma Thurman and Shia LaBeouf, Lars leaves few taboos unturned, prowling the line between comedy, psychodrama… and porn?
