Ratings & Reviews

  1. Karl J. Kipling's rating of the film Other People's Letters

One of those square pegs that just won't fit into the Soviet state, Svetlana Smirnova's monstrous schoolgirl experiences growing pains with a vengeance and torments everyone around her. Only her long-suffering teacher (Irina Kupchenko, wonderful as always) cares to continue trying, though she lives to regret it. An excellent character study.
