In comparison to the standard of documentary film-making today this falls short on quite a lot of things, but I think that's to be expected. It's purely unadulterated, and in no way sugar coated in regards to its subject matter. Reveals all facets of the Club Kid scene from glamour to gore, and from drug induced highs to life-ruining lows.
I wish they would have talked more about the costumes and the party designs. It is kind of hard to put Alig into perspective without understanding his art.
