josé neves's rating of the film Phantom Islands

DCP. A generic identity of films categorization, like the general categorization of consumer products, implies that certain films are avant-garde products, especially if they don't have immediate fictional directives and are intended to occupy an innovative imagetic place. This film, as uncreative as anything innovative, full of of figurative digital effects' cliches, is therefore avant-garde. And terribly corny.
