It is a profound and rarified pleasure to be photographing and editing film at this most tentative of times. To do so is to behold the soulful beauty and tenderness of cinema, its depths and joys as human experience.

It's hard to write about Nick's film. Poetry in motion. Moving images. I just sat through roughly 300 minutes of his films (some I will add), and it was a delightful experience. So soft, yet so radical. I wish silent film shown in cinema had the projector in the room so the whole crowd of super serious cinephiles couldn't hear my stomach growling for more essential film festival protein. This might have been my fave.
