It’s a jungle out there for Blu, Jewel and their three kids after they’re hurtled Rio de Janeiro to the wilds of the Amazon. As Blu tries to fit in, he goes beak-to-beak with the vengeful Nigel, and meets the most fearsome adversary of all: his father-in-law.

Sequel deliver yet another entry with colorful birds and beautiful "dancing" numbers. Best moments are with the villains but the human characters are annoying. Unnecessary violent imagery too and the story lacks charm and don't have the same appeal as the original.
One watches these animations, but even children are cleaver than that...Nothing really knew, except a soccer game in the air with birds, a lot like a quiditch game. It's nice to watch on TV in the holidays but there is very little sense of wonder.
Useless & frustrating, this sequel contains so many subplots but not much of an involving story. The only bright spot are the songs (the best being "Poisonous Love") and the only standout performance is Chenoweth's (who's high-spirited & love struck frog brings the best jokes & much-needed energy). Weeks after seeing HTTYD 2 and we're still thinking about it. I don't see the same thing happening with this film...
