  • Cătălin, HiperCristalin's rating of the film Root of All Evil?

I'd argue why atheism is a brain disease but tbh it's 2016 and it's not productive debating it with a fleeting minority. Atheism is destined to disappear upon one's first psychedelic trip or non-superficial Bible read. Also, shitty documentary, it read like: Islam is bad and Christianity is a religion, just like Islam, therefore Christianity starts modern day wars. Reductive rhetorics all around these fucking days.

  • bartkl's rating of the film Root of All Evil?

I respect Dawkins greatly as a scientist, educator and openhearted atheist advocate. This documentary however quite dramatically exaggerates the problem (at times comically), and it's a shame he acts so unpleasantly towards religious people, rather than engaging in proper debate in which case he could've deployed more creative arguments instead of passive agressive insults and might have actually inspired someone.
