Our take

The follow-up to Keishi Ōtomo’s action-packed Rurouni Kenshin arrives with all guns blazing (or should that be swords?). Boasting some of the most impressive action chorography in recent times, it extends the star-making turn of Kendo-trained actor Takeru Satō. Fate is a cruel mistress.
