  1. Connor S.'s rating of the film Septien

the characters feel like they're cat fishing me. in the beginning they seem interesting but as the movie progresses they feel like they loose all flavor. this is a shame since the setting is so encapsulating. the film focuses too much on its foreshadowing that when the events actually happen they feel anticlimactic.

  2. This is Jake Kath's rating of the film Septien

A Southern Gothic comedy that doesn't play for just laughs but gives insight to every main character. There isn't a cheap shot in this flick. Reminds me more of Junebug than Tideland.

  3. J. O.'s rating of the film Septien

The most strangely interesting film I've seen in years. A visually rich and mesmerizing experience that unravels like a depraved, art-house Tennessee Williams. While Tully's direction is impeccable, he manages to deliver a very moving performance that holds up to the power of the rest of the cast. Slow, sweaty, sad, deranged, and beautiful.

  4. A:A's rating of the film Septien

    YES. All of it. Perfect.
