Our take

Winner of the Critics Prize at Venice and highly acclaimed on its US release, Silent Souls is both a haunted love story and an existential road trip. Filling a compact 75 minute runtime with emotional richness and gorgeous photography, rarely does melancholy feel so beautiful or flow so easily.
