Ratings & Reviews

  1. Z's rating of the film Silver Streak

One of several successful Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor collaborations. They work so well together and seem to be having such fun that you wish Pryor was in more of the film. Pryor is absent from the first half of the movie which takes quite a while to get going. Wilder's and Clayburgh's train flirtation is okay, but memories of Cary Grant and Eva Marie Saint in "North by Northwest" haunt and hinder the plot set up.

  2. FISCHER's rating of the film Silver Streak

Voila un excellent divertissement, en droite filiation avec "La mort aux trousses" d'Alfred Hitchcock. Ce film tonitruant et d'une sympathie certaine plaira à tous publics. Prenez votre billet... www.cinefiches.com

  3. Polyglot's rating of the film Silver Streak

The most action packed Gene Wilder role I've ever seen. Not counting Blazing Saddles. My neurotic hero.

  4. Nelson Núñez's rating of the film Silver Streak

  5. Cosi's rating of the film Silver Streak

Wilder getting passed the police at the train station sure did make me chuckle

  6. Cbarky99's rating of the film Silver Streak

Ragged in pacing and tone, but Wilder's reaction after shooting Richard Kiel with a speargun makes up for any issues by itself

  7. Edna Sweetlove's rating of the film Silver Streak

  8. Steve Pulaski's rating of the film Silver Streak

Wilder and Pryor at their best.
