This short from Lebanese director Jihane Chouaib, which premiered at Cannes, is a thoughtful film that offers an unusual and feminine perspective on the urgency of adulthood, as well as the consequences of refusing to accept it. A tale of sexual awakening that is at once subtle and refreshing.
