Really not what I expected, pretty generic documentary, that seems to be unable to decide wether it wants to talk about the art of making sushi or that of destroying the planet's eco system. Nevertheless I feel it's important that you get an idea of the exploitation of the seas, and this kinda serves this purpose.
Wie fast immer ist die Mubi-Filmbeschreibung vollkommen irreführend. Der Film beschäftigt sich weniger mit der Geschichte der Sushiküche als vielmehr mit der globalen Überfischung des Blauflossenthuns aufgrund der Industrialisierung der Sushiküche. Das ist nicht wenig interessant, aber für Mubi selbst gibt es mal wieder 0 Punkte.
