TripAdvisor review: Bleak. Cold. Violent. You may encounter nutters, lots of nutters. Hard to recommend.

  7. Olivier Mouchel's rating of the film The Ardennes

  8. Jérôme's rating of the film The Ardennes

  9. Justwibi's rating of the film The Ardennes

compelling and brilliant! even a lil bit off in the second season. the twist was good too!

  10. Michael Zyx MH Claes's rating of the film The Ardennes

A dramatic rise in power throughout this nervous, panting & deeply dark movie, until an explosive final. Haunting music score, spinning guts as much as eardrums. Starring Sam Louwyck, just awesome. One question : where's the fucking dog ?

  12. Stephane Tanaka's rating of the film The Ardennes

  13. Dries's rating of the film The Ardennes

  14. J. O.'s rating of the film The Ardennes

An enigmatic neo-noir that starts off a little slow with plenty of dark oddity coming out in the final act. The pulsing Euro-trash soundtrack was pitch-perfect for the grim and desperate performances that carry it all forward. Looks great and while it wasn't offering anything new story-wise, it manages to keep your attention.
