This ain't art and it isn't a war movie either and has some of the most boring action scenes in a B-movie low-budget action movie I have seen even if there is some fun in "spotting the celeb" involved, but that is only for the first few scenes. Afterwards this is perfect film to nod off to.
2000s espionage action vehicle for Snipes to mug around. The opening fight scene, with spy camera filming and projecting the fight to the naive party goers, is interesting in how it takes staged choreographed action made to look real to the film audience and turns it back into choreographed action for the diagetic audience.
