Ratings & Reviews

  1. FISCHER's rating of the film The Assassination Bureau

En Angleterre, au début du 20e siècle, une étrange association propose contre monnaie sonnante et trébuchante de commettre des assassinats sous contrat ..... Original et bienvenu ! www.cinefiches.com

  2. Rosina Rossini's rating of the film The Assassination Bureau

Cartoonish film with strong plot idea contributed by Jack London. Last 10 minutes are a mess, but the rest is entertaining enough, with a very strong cast, and very fine, appropriately stylized broad acting by both Diana Rigg and Oliver Reed.

  3. Wee Hunk's rating of the film The Assassination Bureau

Romance between a ruffian and a lady? They're not that different, though. They both have that lovely posh accent that sets them above other people. The game is afoot!

  4. ExperimentoFilm's rating of the film The Assassination Bureau

♥Annabella Incontrera♥, a familiar face for giallo fans everywhere, sports two positively darling frocks in this, possums. She kills.

  5. Horror Whore's rating of the film The Assassination Bureau

Worth watching for Rigg and Reed. 2.5 stars

  6. rllr's rating of the film The Assassination Bureau

These supposed light-weight UK mod-pop movies filled with a lot of killing are pretty nihilistic actually. The lightness doesn't stop with the music and stylish production; we're made not to feel anything for killed-off characters whatsoever. Even death gets the caricature treatment. As a result I can never find any connection with these type of films and wonder how someone else can.

  7. Cbarky99's rating of the film The Assassination Bureau

After a ridiculous opening setup, settles into an hour and a half of Diana Rigg and Oliver Reed mugging their way across Europe wildly, while being pursued by a pack of monocle-popping thugs led by a mustachioed Telly Savalas, leading to an explosively goofy climax. Either you're on board for something like this or you aren't, and when it comes to Rigg and Reed, I'm an easy mark.

  8. ElTigreNegro's rating of the film The Assassination Bureau

Such an underrated flick, you can't go wrong with that cast, and the movie is a ton of fun. No idea why it doesn't get more love.
