  2. msmichel's rating of the film The Boss

Pretty good Mafioso vehicle for Henry Silva with a fair size body count. Somewhat by the numbers but with an undertone message of anti-student protest and political collusion. Unfortunately ends with a cliff hanger ending but a second entry never arrived.

  4. Vinegar Factory's rating of the film The Boss

Some pretty great music (done by the same composer as The Kidnap Syndicate), and some pretty rad cinematography, but not quite as awesome as the Kidnap Syndicate - though certainly a good watch for the genre. The film's other titles include 'Wipeout!' - I dare say that says it all.

  5. Max Seqgar's rating of the film The Boss

Part of Di Leo's Mafia 101 saga. Excellent!!

  6. runfromfire's rating of the film The Boss

I’d like to think Lanzetta is just a young Ray Vargo.

  9. ArmandS's rating of the film The Boss

Henry Silva IS the Boss. One of Di Leo's best, with great action sequences and mafia reprisals going back and forth, as well as betrayals. Solid as the cheekbones in Silva's face.

  10. barleeku@comcast.net's rating of the film The Boss

Another high-energy, over-the-top gangster flick with acting that nails the mood and crisp, fast-moving direction. Almost perfect of it's kind.

  12. sacajawèale's rating of the film The Boss

  13. Silenzio's rating of the film The Boss

One of Silvas best roles (although playing a cold killer is not really a stretch for him) and one of the last decent films in Di leos golden period
