Although the heart of the movie is these two Hollywood veterans, their masterful art of the craft dont add up to the low production value (cheap greenscreens) and constant emotional music and the cliché storyline where death by cancer is inevitable. However, a few good lines and a relatable theme makes the Bucket list worth the while despite its typos.
*1/2. Is there a reason to specifically see The Bucket List ? I mean to buy or rent the DVD or to search the internet in order to see it free ? Yes, if, like me, you've decided to see the whole Jack Nicholson filmography or if you're related to one of the extras playing in the film. Otherwise, skip it. I'm sure you've already seen dozens of films telling the same story. Watch a documentary instead. Already forgotten.
