    Just terrible adaptation of sex change pioneer Christine Jorgensen's story that quickly gives in to stereotypes and gay clichés. The scene with the pastor comparing Christine's operation with other afflictions like retardation and polio is a real howler. Never quite campy enough to illicit enjoyment only self ridicule. Despite her involvement as advisor this never scratches the surface.
