It's nice to know I'm not the only one who gets depressed about this topic. Light pollution is a tough issue, because we equate lights with safety. As much as I want to like Herve Descotte's hidden-source lighting, it doesn't look like you can see more than a person's feet, which becomes problematic if they have a weapon in hand. Still, it's a start. Plenty to think about in this documentary. Bravo!
