Ratings & Reviews

  1. Karl J. Kipling's rating of the film The Days on Earth Are Flowing

Stout, jovial former sea captain, retired, divorced, living in a shack by the river, checks himself into an old folk's home because he's lonely and he wants friends. His presence livens the place up quite a bit. Only one person seems impervious to him: his roommate. This taciturn old fellow keeps to himself, doesn't respond to Cappy's friendly gestures. Common scenario skilfully and delicately done. A gem.
