Ratings & Reviews

  1. Richmond Hill's rating of the film The End of Arthur's Marriage

A peculiarly McGonagall-esque attempt to combine social realism, documentary and satiric musical comedy which falls between all three stools and achieves none of them to any convincing degree. What it does amount to is a rather sneering view of the aspirant lower-middle classes of Great Britain, although not unexpected given its provenance - an early TV sip from the champagne socialist flute.
