Contemporary Greek cinema has been showing a country and culture in crisis with a darkly droll, absurdist perspective, that’s led critics to dub this fresh crop of films as the “Greek Weird Wave.” Weird indeed: Eternal Return is an offbeat Berlinale gem with squirmingly satirical motives.
